"A fine Rotary meeting in Montreal, a splendid send-off, an ideal crossing on the Laurentic, and then a few fleeting but imperishable days in the company of my lassie http://www.rotaryfirst100.org/women/jeanharris/ in her native land, before leaving her in the hands and hearts of brother, sister, cousins, and friends. Once again after many years I was a stranger in a strange land." Paul P. Harris, 1928 "My Tour of Europe." http://www.whatpaulharriswrote.org/library/europe1928/

Most of us have felt like a stranger in a strange land, sometimes without even leaving home. I chose this because of his mention of Montreal where all of us will be strangers until we see the first person with a Rotary pin, or maybe even an RGHF pin. The article on Paul's trip to Europe, his first of two recorded trips is worth reading and can be found at the link just above.

Don't be a stranger; greet a Rotarian today, at your club, on the street, or at the House of Friendship in Montreal. RGHF will be at booth 2425.

Yours for Rotary's Global History,

Jack M. B. Selway, Founder, and CEO
