Your mission, should you accept our invitation to attend our May 8th program, will be to review alongside your peers a financial planning case with unusual circumstances. Your task will be to organize the data, create financial statements, analyze the situation, and make specific recommendations for improvement, all in the context of a comprehensive financial plan. In formulating the financial plan, you may need to make additional reasonable assumptions, specifically identifying each assumption and its underlying rationale.

This particular case study replicates the real world situation of a planner having to perform due diligence in the form of research to better serve a client.

Overall Experience:

Excellent, thank you!! The event has really got me motivated about being smarter with money & debt.

For a first time, I thought it was very well done. Jean Chatzky was definitely a big draw - I watch her on the Today show and not only does she give good advice, but she is a delight as well.

There were a good number of volunteers and check in was easy. It was well organized and the presenters were well organized. The location was

a perfect venue.

Excellent. well put together. Great for these financially tough times. Please have one again next year.

...I think this day was a true success. Jean Chatzky was awesome; she was hysterical and informative all at the same time.

One-on-Ones:

This was an amazing experience! I can't believe I received all of this new information for free. If you have this again and there is a few I would pay to attend. Everyone was so helpful and polite. The Keynote was incredible.

The workshops were helpful and the one-on-one consultant helped me out with some investment strategies. This was an wonderful experience!

I enjoyed talking to a female in the financial planning business. Her expertise, views from a woman's perspective were very insightful and helpful. It was a wonderful addition to the day.

Again, our most heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers to helped to make our very first Financial Education Day such a success!
