Greetings!
Merry Christmas!
 | | David Campbell |
Well the news right now is our web-site is getting a little attention from me as we get ready to launch into the 2012 camp year. Already, we have a women's retreat coming up in March, with more activity on the way and then, yes, summer.
On our Camp Marshall web page:
- Find all of our 2012 registration information
- Find new videos from Camp Marshall on YouTube. (the link is on our page)
- Find all of our archived media from 2011.
- Find staff volunteer applications at the first of the year on our web-page.
Now is the perfect time to register for a summer program. By registering before December 31st you can save money!

Media Minute:
We are in the process of adding "You Are My All In All" to our Camp Marshall You Tube Channel in addition to a new video song that will be going up just for fun!
Keep an eye on the Diocesan Facebook "Page" for the acutal release date. All I can say is this should be out soon. The soon to be released "Sea Turtle and Leach" song (skit) comes to us thanks to the talent of two of our 2011 Kitchen Staff, Riley O'Boyle and Paul Carlson-Thompson. The song, was presented during a talent show this summer and it is really quite funny. OK, I am biased because there happens to be a national shortage of songs dedicated to Sea Turtles and Leaches. Especially in December. Until its release, enjoy "You Are My All In All" again or for the very first time.
If you are looking for a calm, quiet and serious mood setting experience with "The Sea Turtle and the Leach" consider waiting until a later time. Every once in a while it is good just to laugh.
May your Christmas be filled with fun and joy. Enjoy yours with a smile.
Yours in Christ,
David Campbell, Camp/Christian Formation Director |

2011 Celebrate Camp Marshall Campaign:
The goal for 2011 has been to raise $118,000 or 1,475 gifts of $80. As of early December, we have raised$83,122.62
If we received 440 gifts of $80 we would reach our funding goals for 2011. We need new mattresses in all the cabins and staff house. It is our goal, also, to build the Camp Marshall Endowment each year by $10,000 thus insuring generations of children and families have the opportunity to enjoy Camp Marshall. Please consider giving to the Camp Marshall Endowment through your will as a loving expression- from you to see this ministry continue to flourish.
You can make a gift right now by going to our donations page |
