Being a vendor in our industry takes knowledge of the product you are selling and of our industry, 2 things that I posses.

I personally think PrintSmith is the BEST program for our industry. For many people who think that the competition is better, it isn't, you just don't know how to fully utilize PrintSmith. Have me come in for a day or two and you will soon understand that PrintSmith is indeed the best!!
