To maximize PrintSmith and to be able to maximize your profits, you MUST be using PrintSmith correctly and it must be set up correctly. Once it is, then it a mere minutes each day/week to make sure it PrintSmith works properly.
Once you set up your costing and determine at what level you want to stay profitable, then use Report Writer to show you how profitable you are on each invoice. A mere click of the mouse will determine which invoices fall below your levels.
Use Report Writer to determine how many plates were sold and compare this to the number of plates bought. Hopefully they are within 1-2% or each other and not 10% or more! |
