Due to overwhelmingly request from my clients and other PrintSmith Users, I started "PUSH" - PrintSmith Users Support Hotline. Any PrintSmith user can sign up for PUSH. PUSH subscribers receive a "special" phone number that will be manned virtually 24/7 and calls will be returned immediately. The purchase price for PUSH is $550.00 per year and can be paid for via PayPal. Once payment is received, you will receive a flyer with the special phone numbers for PUSH users. As most of my readers know, I have been an Independent PrintSmith Consultant now in my 13th year. Prior to this, I owned my own printing company for over 15 years employing over 35 people. As a result I am well versed in PrintSmith and the printing business. Not many consultant can say that! With that being said, how can I help you and your PrintSmith system?
For new users, I come in and set up your PrintSmith so that the prices PrintSmith says you should charge are in deed what you want to charge. I also fully train you and your employees on the most efficient use of PrintSmith.
For experienced users, I can come in and fine tune your PrintSmith. Perhaps you have added additional presses/copiers/etc and or you may want to fine tune your prices. Also I am well versed in setting up Tracker and Scheduler as well as training on Report Writer.
For what ever your needs are, please call me and we can discuss a specific approach to using PrintSmith to it's fullest. In 13 years, I have never come across a situation that PrintSmith couldn't handle. In fact EFI has called me for consultation!

I sell the traditional bar code scanners that are hand held and plug (USB) into a workstation. One bar code scanner per workstation.
I also sell the wireless type, with a range of about 100 yards. They also plug into a workstation, but with the range, they can be used by multiple employees. If you go out of range, you can still scan, and when you are back in range, they "sink" with PrintSmith.
