Due to overwhelmingly request from my clients and other PrintSmith Users, I started "PUSH" - PrintSmith Users Support Hotline. Any PrintSmith user can sign up for PUSH. PUSH subscribers receive a "special" phone number that will be manned virtually 24/7 and calls will be returned immediately. The purchase price for PUSH is $550.00 per year and can be paid for via paypal. Once payment is received, you will receive a flyer with the special phone numbers for PUSH users. Report Writer is a very valuable add on program to PrintSmith. With it, you can literally pull out any information that is in PrintSmith and turn it into a friendly report. Common reports that users use include, commission reports, sales analysis, mailing labels/envelopes. The use is endless!
I do give a one day training seminar on how to use Report Writer, creating reports and also modifying reports that others use. I can do this on a one to one basis (at your location), or if you get a group of users together, I can do a seminar style training session. Just call or email me for further information.
