| Another user, this time in Arizona, lost his entire PrintSmith -- how did it happen?
Well his hard drive that had PrintSmith on it crashed! Yes, it was an older PC and one day last week decided not to turn on. Unfortunately, he did not have a backup protocol in place and he lost everything.
In a previous issue, I explained how to back up and how to test your back ups.
