Due to overwelming request from my clients and other PrintSmith Users, I am today, offering a yearly support subscription for the price of $550.00 per year. The cost is for anyone, on any version of PrintSmith and with any add ons at all. This fee is payable in advance and you will be given a "special" number to call me. Although I won't be available 24/7, I will be available 7 days a week with the exception of days that I travel or "teach". I will also be available through emails 7 days a week. |
| Who is eligible? |

Any and all PrintSmith users are eligible for this service. I don't care what version you are running, or if it is PC or Mac based. Also, it will be the same yearly price no matter what additional features you have, Tracker, Report Writer, Scheduler, etc. I will answer all questions for all modulars with the exception of PrintSmithSite.

| What is covered in your support? |
| I will support all questions with regard to PrintSmith/Tracker/Report Writer/Scheduler/Multi User versions.
Since I am an independent consultant, I can not do the following:
1) Provide you updates on PrintSmith.
2) Help/support you with "PrintSmith Errors". Some of the errors, I can help, but some I can't.
I can usually provide between 90-95% of your questions/problems that you may have.
I will also offer you a 10% discount on hardware that I sell (Scanners/cash drawers/receipt printers), and I will also offer you a 10% discount on my on site visits.
This new offer will be limited so that I can help each and everyone that wants my services! |
