Delivery Tickets
New Seminars Available
DELIVERY TICKETS
The delivery tickets are a nice professional way to delivery your products to your clients. It can be accessed through the Pending Document Window. Initially it populates with every line item on the invoice (all jobs). It can then be modified to reflect the actual shipment, weather it be a different quantity or just parts of the invoice (letterheads but not the envelopes). You can either drag and drop other parts of other invoices to create 1 delivery ticket for multiple invoices.
 
You can also modify the delivery ticket so that it can show that it came from "your client - a broker" or it can be modified to be delivered some place other than where it will be billed to. Also the actual "form" can be modified with graphics, colors, etc. to make it stand out!
 
You can also print box labels from the Printing Tab.
 
Now is a great time to start to make all of  your forms look professional. Start with the Delivery Tickets!dt
New Seminars Starting
 
In an effort to provide my services to a large group of PrintSmith Users and at a lowest cost basis, I have started to create seminars in select locations across the country. These will usually take place on a Saturday and / or Sunday with approximately 10 - 15 users. If you are interested, please contact me directly at davidash@mindspring.com. The cost would be dependent on location and hotel services we would need (coffee/lunch/etc.).
 
A reduced rate would be given to anyone who wants to sponsor this event or wants to help me set one up.
 
The agenda would be set to the wants and needs of all registered participants.
