Greetings!

In this issue I will talk about my services and what I provide to PrintSmith Users.
I have been an Independent PrintSmith Consultant for over 11 years now. Prior to this, I owned my own printing company for over 15 years. As a result, I can come to your location and talk about PrintSmith AND about your business.
 
Unlike some consultants that you hire, I come well versed in both PrintSmith and printing! 
 A typical visit for an experienced user is to teach them more about PrintSmith and to show them how PrintSmith can be better utilized to save them money and time.
 
Some users want me to install and train them on new features -- Report Writer or Scheduler or even Tracker. Some users aren't using all of the features in PrintSmith like COSTING or Delivery Tickets.
 
Other users want me to upgrade them to the latest version (8.1.4) and show them everything that has changed!
 
Most visits last 2 days, however, depending on your specific needs, I can come for 1 day up to 4 days or longer!
 
With all of my training sessions, I always include free unlimited support. This support is through emails and or phone and is for an unlimited time frame. In fact some users I have seen years ago still call me!!
