29th Annual Lakefront Artist Fair Volunteer Sign-Up
 Greetings!

Racine Montessori School's major annual fundraiser, the Lakefront Artist Fair (LAF), is celebrating its 29th year on Saturday, May 1st!!

Since we rely on each family to volunteer their time in order to make the LAF a success, we ask you to review the following areas/shifts and, if you have not done so already, let the office know where and when you would be able to help.
 
Friday, April 30

1:15 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.      
   Set Up (bring measuring tape)
Saturday, May 1

5:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

  Registration/artist set up  
  Shuttle Artists from parking structure (bring your car!)

6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

  Hospitality

8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m
9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
1:30 p.m. -  4:00 p.m.

  RMS Info/Raffle Ticket  Booth
  Prize Board
  Children's Activity Area
  Ticket Booth (for raffle & children's activities ticket sales)
  Basket Auction (family donations)
  Silent Auction (artist donations)
  Hanging Basket/Plant Sales (from CJ's Flowers)
  Bake Sale
  Program Distribution at Entry Gates
  Artist Relief (11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. only)

3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  Clean Up
  Shuttle Artists back to parking structure
