From New Beginnings to Spiritual Solutions September 2009
Greetings!
Every time I begin a special project I ask myself a very important question before I begin.  Who do I want to become?  My answer to this question undoubtedly keeps me on track as my vision becomes my experience.
 
When I asked myself, "Steph, who do you want to become as a result of putting out this first newsletter?"  My answer was...I want to become more trustworthy.  That answer became the guideline for the content you are reading.
 
What builds trust?  Truth!  So in order to earn your trust, I needed to start by being truthful, to let you know why you have not heard from me and what you can expect from me in the future.
 
What also builds trust?  Consistency!  I have taken care of that too by adding a level of accountability to my success team.  I am grateful to my new assistant, Kate, who makes sure that I stay on track for my special projects and commitments.
 
Before you begin any special project ask yourself, "Who do I want to become?" and remember...to enjoy the process.  Spiritually speaking, it is never about the end result, it is about who you get to become along the way.

From a New Beginning to Spiritual Solutions
 
As I have evolved, my counseling business has evolved too, transforming from A New Beginning to Spiritual Solutions. 
 
I am excited to introduce the concept of Spiritual Solutions to you and share a little bit about how I got here.
 
Spiritual Solutions™ is a problem-solving method that uses all positive, available and tangible resources, including the wisdom of your highest self, universal truths and the unconditional love and support of God and The Angels to achieve a desired result in your life while maintaining consciousness of consequences and integrity in your heart and soul.

 
It's my vision, the expression of my purpose in this lifetime.   
 
When I look back, I see that I have always helped my clients create Spiritual Solutions.  As I take that trip down memory lane, the rearview mirror shows me that I have been doing this work way before I ever took on my first client.
 
So what is different now?  I am.
 
I am putting myself out there on my own, no longer personally or professionally associated with any spiritual community or the ministry that ordained me. 
 
My decision was difficult, complicated, messy and necessary.  It was one of the best choices I have ever made and has resulted in a freedom that I have not known for years.
 
Within all great challenges, great blessings are revealed.  Four people came forward and helped me to get through all of the personal and professional challenges this separation surfaced; my therapist Robin, my mentor Adam, my sister and best friend Alayna and my boyfriend Danny. 
 
Like all great success teams, they did not just get me through-they made sure I came out the other side better, stronger, wiser, clearer and peaceful.
 
And so I am happy to announce that I am a better version of myself, with an even stronger character, all the more wiser-much more clear and beyond peaceful.   
 
Their expertise, insight, care and support combined with my commitment to myself have resulted in this new vision.  It is here and I am thrilled.
