Be Aware of Substantial
Registration Fee Increases!
As you may already know, effective October 3, 2009 the Massachusetts Registry of
Motor Vehicles increased the registration fees for many commercial vehicles.
All drivers who process transactions on or after October 3, 2009 are subject to the new fees,
regardless of whether that transaction is completed online, on the phone, or at an RMV branch.
This is true even for customers with RMV-2 forms that may list the old renewal fees.
Please be aware of these increased costs affecting your commercial vehicle/s.
