At the City Council meeting on Tuesday, 2/23/10, the Council will be considering Draft Ordinance 1306 Requiring Maintenance of a Vacant Commercial Property. Please review the staff report and then complete the survey. Please note: This survey is for informational purposes only, suggestions regarding the ordinance will be submitted to City staff for their consideration, but incorporation of those suggestions is at the sole discretion of City Staff and City Council. This survey is time sensitive, as the ordinance is being considered Tuesday evening.
