 To experience peace of mind, we must remove past and future from our thoughts.  The mind is cleansed in silence.  Only in the moment, can one experience living in full presence. 
 
Bring awareness to the breath as you inhale thru the nose and allow the
abdomen to expand without restriction.  Exhale thru the mouth knowing that breathing is the essence of living.
