Directed by Michael Phillis, Cindy Goldfield and Scrumbly Koldewyn explore the work of Noel Coward: revisiting, revising and re-imagining how his work stands up in the 21st Century, and discovering current songs that channel the blithe Coward spirit.

As part of their summer cabaret series, NCTC presents Cowardly Things, starring Cindy Goldfield and Scrumbly Koldewyn.  Cindy and Scrumbly began performing together in 1994 in NCTC's production of The Texas Chainsaw Manicurist, and soon began to put together their cabaret show, first performed at the Plush Room. They received the Dean Goodman Choice Award for Cabaret performance in 2000, and performed their 10th anniversary show at NCTC in 2004.
