Summer is a busy time at Friendly.  We'd like to invite you to special services and events taking place in July that are sure to bless you, your family and your friends. Check out the schedule below and mark your calendars to join us to worship and praise God together at Friendly Temple.

July Schedule of Events

  • Bereavement Seminar:  7:00 pm, Friday, July 8th in the Throne Room. If you've recently lost a loved one, we invite you to attend this "Coping With Bereavement" seminar. Attendees will receive valuable information regarding symptoms of bereavement, abnormal behavioral patterns, the grief process, guidelines for coping with bereavement, and how Scripture can comfort during the difficult times of bereavement.      Dr. John Brooks is the Instructor. 
  • R.F. Specials Anniversary:  3:00 pm, Sunday, July 10th, YWC.
  • Concert: 6:00 p.m., Saturday, July 16th. Join Friendly's Mass Choir, other choirs and friends in honor of our own Sister Dorothy Jones.
  • Sunday Evening Worship Service:  6:30 pm, July 17th, YWC.
  • Baptism:  7:00 pm, Friday, July 22nd., YWC.
  • Pastor Anniversary: 7:00 pm, Friday, July 29th and Sunday, July 31st at the 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. worship services. Join us to celebrate Pastor Michael Jones' 17th anniversary as Senior Pastor of Friendly Temple.  Expect a great time in the Lord begining with an inspiring concert on Friday evening and culminating with special guests during our Sunday worship services.
