I love this time of year. The leaves are changing, the Canucks are playing, the kids are back at school, Halloween is just around the corner and soon there will be snow on the mountains.
The Bank of Canada announced this morning that they will not be moving the overnight lending rate. For my commentary on the announcement go to my YouTube channel HERE

What's Mortgage Dave been up to?
Allison and I had an amazing holiday in September when we traveled to New York for my nephew's Bar Mitzvah and then on to Europe. We landed in Holland and spent 5 days in Amsterdam and then we rented a car. We drove to Brugge and then Paris. Driving in Paris is one of the most stressful things I have done. After 3 days in Paris we took the train to London and two days later back to Paris. From there we went to Reims France, Luxembourg and then back to Holland for 5 days.
