Well it's all good on the west coast this morning, the sun is out for once, the Canucks are in the Stanley Cup final, fixed rates are down and prime didn't move today.
The real estate market has been very busy with lots of multiple offer situations and lots of sales. The low rates will continue to keep the demand. This is good news for sellers and a double edged sword for buyers as they have low rates but demand is keeping prices high.

What's Mortgage Dave been up to?
Last Saturday was the 99th annual Lynn Valley Days Parade and it also marked the 100th Anniversary of the Lynn Valley Community Association. I am pictured here with the LVCA parade float Allison, myself and a hoard of volunteers put together to celebrate this milestone.
