What has Mortgage Dave been up to! Well February was an interesting month for me. I had my appendix removed on January 23rd and due to some complications I got the pleasure of a weeks stay at Lions Gate Hospital. My hats go off to the staff there who took great care of me. I am still recovering from some complications but I expect to be 100% by mid March.
Last week I started my teaching at Argyle High School. I am teaching all eight grad classes about money, credit and the cost of living. I do an exercise on what it would cost to live on their own and every time there is a deficiency in the budget at the end of the month. I think this is quite an eye opener for the kids. I wish someone had taught me this when I was in school. The new Lynn Valley Community Association Website that I have been working on is almost ready to go live so look for a link in next months newsletter.
