Registered Disability Savings Plan

The Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP) is designed to enhance the long-term financial security of people with disabilities, and to provide "peace of mind" to parents and other contributors that a plan is in place.

*Similar to other registered plan types, most investment offerings are available in an RDSP.

*Anyone can make a contribution to an RDSP, provided that the contributor has written consent from the plan holder.

*Contributions to an RDSP are not tax-deductable: however, investment earnings that accrue within the plan grow on a tax-deferred basis.

*Contributions to an RDSP may qualify for payments from the Canada Disability Savings Grant (CDSG) program, up to a lifetime maximum of  $70,000 per beneficiary.

Contact me for a free information piece.  I am Vancouvers RDSP specialist.  Call me for more details, I can help.

My favorite community places!

lynn canyon bridge

Lynn Canyon!

What can I say about this jewel of a Park right in our backyard.  Devoid of the swarms of tourist like at the Capilano Suspension Bridge, The Lynn Valley Suspension Bridge is a FREE gateway to the may trails and hikes that await you on the other side.  Who hasn't enjoyed a very cool dip in the canyon pools on a hot summer day. If you haven't you must put it on your list for the first hot spell of 2100.

In Conclusion

Its hard to believe we are half way through the first month of 2011 already.  Lets hope this year is more economically stable than 2010.  I must say I am more than a little sad that we don't have another Olympics coming up.  That was an event of a lifetime.

The new tightening of the mortgage rules make it tougher to qualify for a refinance or first time purchase so if you are thinking of either  contact me ASAP as the deadline for the new rules taking effect is March 18, 2011.

Just click to email me I will handle everything and get it done fast and easy so you can deal with all the other things going on in your  life!

Sincerely,

Dave Bruynesteyn
