New look!
You will notice that there is a new look to this months newsletter. I have begun the large task of re branding. I am born, raised and currently living in Lynn Valley so I am focusing on marketing to my own neighbourhood. I can still do deals anywhere in Canada so please keep those referrals coming. Rate update
The Bank of Canada kept rates steady by leaving the benchmark interest rate today at 1%. Mr. Carney went on to say that the economic outlook for Canada has changed. To hear my thoughts on how this affects you and to read the full story click HERE |

What's Mortgage Dave been up to?
 Last Saturday I spent four hours sponsoring and manning the Lynn Valley Elementary School's Carnival at their annual fundraiser. The weather was fantastic and the Carnival section that had about 12 great games for the kids to play. I am pictured here manning the Mini Hoops booth.

My favorite community places
One of my favorite places to escape the city is Lynn Valley Headwaters park. I frequently grab the dog and sneak off for an hour on the Lynn loop or just go for a short walk around Rice Lake. We are very fortunate to have such a natural paradise at our doorstep. Make sure you take advantage of it. See you on the trails!
