We are equally focused on providing safety products for pedestrians. Today we want to bring your attention to our newest product release, The Pedestrian Access Route (PAR) Barricade. |
New from Pexco! ADA Compliant Guidance for Pedestrians in Work Zones
 The PAR Barricade is ideal for providing accessible passage in work zones for all pedestrians. The upper rail of the PAR barricade provides a continuous, easy-to-follow guide for the hand. The bottom rail creates a smooth guide for canes and ADA access through the work zone. The upper and lower panels share a common vertical plane and no part of the barricade protrudes into the walkway.
The UV stabilized, 1" x 8" panels carry a 3-year limited warranty covering breakage and adhesion of the reflective sheeting. The 7 internal I-beams create a rigid yet lightweight structure, and the panels are capable of creating right and curved angle installations.
Pexco's PAR Type II Barricade is an ADA and MUTCD compliant, NCHRP-350 certified, temporary traffic control device for work zones that effect pedestrian areas. Available in white or florescent orange by special order. Panels are sold up to 14' in length, blank or with factory applied reflective sheeting. |

"the sign support shall be designed to bend over and bounce back to its normal vertical position when struck by a vehicle".
