Stephanie Trigleth
Stephanie joined the Fairview Inn team almost a year ago as Massage Therapist at nomiSpa. She has also recently become Breakfast Server for Inn guests. Stephanie has been doing massage therapy work for over ten years and it is her true passion. She enjoys working with clients to improve their overall health and well-being. She likes making people happy and is definitely able to accomplish this through massage.
Stephanie, a Jackson native, enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Honey.

Peanut Butter Pie
| |
Ingredients:
1 chocolate cookie pie crust
1C peanut butter
1/2C sugar
8oz cream cheese
41/2C whipping cream
chocolate fudge
Directions: Combine the peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar. Fold in 3 cups whipping cream. Pour into pie shell. Spread the chocolate fudge over the pie and then add the remaining whipping cream.
Drizzle chocolate and peanut butter over the pie.
