Sophia's Kitchen Corner

baked beans
Homemade BBQ Beans

Ingredients:
2lb anasazi-soaked
1/2lb smoked bacon, diced
1C onion, diced
1/4C garlic
1/2C red wine vinegar
2T dijon
1T soy
2C brown sugar
1/4C worcestershire
1/4C ketchup
1/2C molasses
2T chili powder
2T honey
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients and bake at 300 degrees for two hours.
