Get To Know Our Staff
Emily Sanders As Catered Events Coordinator, Emily Sanders is the newest addition to the Fairview Inn staff. Emily joined the Fairview team about a month ago and has been busy getting to know Fairview regulars and booking weddings, parties, and corporate events. Originally, from Canton, MS, Emily graduated from Ole Miss in May 2011 with a degree in Hospitality Management. She has experience in the Events field with a background as Events Coordinator at River Hills Country Club and through an internship at the Biltmore.
Emily is looking forward to working with all Fairview clients and is intent on making all of your events at the Fairview Inn completely unforgettable.

Jubilee Jumbles Ingredients:
1/2C soft shortening
1C brown sugar (packed)
1/2C white sugar
2 eggs
1C undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
1tsp vanilla
2 3/4C sifted enriched flour
*1/2tsp soda
*1tsp salt (if you use self rising flour, omit salt and soda)
1C chopped walnuts
Directions:
Mix thoroughly shortening, sugars, eggs. Stir in evaporated milk, vanilla. Stir together flour, soda, salt and stir in. Blend in nuts. Chill 1 hr. Heat oven to 375. Drop rounded tbsp 2" apart on greased baking sheet. Bake about 10 mins. While warm, frost with burnt butter glaze (heat 2 tbsp butter until golden brown, beat in until smooth 2C sifted confectioners sugar and 1/4C evaporated milk.
