Not familiar with our Culinary Tour Dinners?
What they are:
One weekend each month Sophia's Restaurant features a different region of the United States. This means we will create a four course meal themed around a specific region's cuisine; each course is is also paired with a wine and the attendee has the option of having the meal with or without wines. We also decorate the restaurant to fit the theme and find entertainment to accompany the meal. We think the Culinary Tour idea is a great way to give people a culinary escape in their own backyard (we also give away an incredible grand prize for one lucky winner- see about for rules and more info).

Guest Room of the Month
|
Third Floor Suite
Robert, one of the Fairview Inn ghosts, loves to hang out in this space. Guests often comment on hearing footsteps pacing in the night, the housekeepers get an eerie feeling in this room, and we have even connected with the ghost of Robert in this room, who is said to be a Civil War soldier.
Do you dare to stay in this cozy but said-to-be haunted space? Are these stories make believe or real? You be the judge.
This suite offers guests two Queen sized beds, a jacuzzi/shower combo, and sitting area.
Single occupancy- $179
Double occupancy- $194
Room rate includes full southern breakfast, complimentary wireless internet access, and a guaranteed fun time in efforts to "connect" with the "other side."
Robert's Special: For October 30 and 31 receive a special rate on any guest room at the Fairview. Simply mention "Robert's Special" and we will ask Robert what discount you can get on the room. Hopefully you'll catch him when he's in a good mood. 601-948-3429 ext. 301

News from nomiSpa
|
What's in a name?
Ever wondered why nomiSpa, has a lowercase "n" at the beginning? What exactly does "nomiSpa" mean? nomiSpa is named after Fairview Inn proprietors Peter and Tamar Sharp's son, Simon Sharp. nomiS is Simon spelled backwards. Sophia's Restaurant is named after their daughter, Sophia Sharp. The Sharps added these personal touches of family to the Inn which gives things a more "at home" and intimate feel. nomiSpa (holistic day spa) opened in 2008 and provides a wide range of services, check them out
