Not familiar with our Culinary Tour Dinners?

What they are:

One weekend each month Sophia's Restaurant features a different region of the United States. This means we will create a four course meal themed around a specific region's cuisine; each course is also paired with a wine and the attendee has the option of having the meal with or without wines. We also decorate the restaurant to fit the theme and find entertainment to accompany the meal. We think the Culinary Tour idea is a great way to give people a culinary escape in their own backyard (we also are giving away an incredible grand prize for one lucky winner, --see above for rules and more info).

For more information, please call 601-948-3429.

Rachel Nall

rnall

Rachel joined Sophia's Restaurant team when it opened in 2006. She has been with the Fairview for 5 years as a server and enjoys every minute of her job. Her favorite part of working in a restaurant atmosphere  is definitely the customers. She very much enjoys building relationships with Sophia's customers.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys studying politics (she has a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree from Millsaps). She loves her three large dogs and spending time doing organic gardening. Rachel is a major "foodie" (what is a foodie- to be a foodie is not only to like food, but to be interested in it. Just as a good student will have a thirst for knowledge, a foodie wants to learn about food).

So, stop by for dinner and see Rachel Nall, server at Sophia's Retaurant, and you will be sure to have memorable dining experience!
