1) Digestion and intuition are linked.
Ever wonder why stage fright gives us butterflies in our tummies?
Or why indigestion gives us nightmares?
This is the brain-gut connection.
There are as many neurotransmitters that line
the length of the gut as there are in our brains!
By supporting digestion, we nourish intuition and
more clearly see opportunities in front of us.

2) Have what you want now.
If we always think of what we want as existing just beyond
our reach, it will likely stay that way.  Visualize yourself having
what you want NOW and express gratitude for having it everyday.
My orientation to what I want?... I have it.
That's what works.

3) Be hopeless.
When we hope for things, it often stops us from being in action.
Conversely, by sending our love, intention and effort into the
things we want or wish for, we acknowledge that we have
great power and influence, and often take the action
appropriate to moving in the direction of our desires.

4) Roll with the punches.
Life is not meant to be perfect. Life is meant to be life.
We didn't come here with any promises of everything going as planned.
Be brave and say what you want; choose to be committed to your
goal, rather than being attached to how life 'should' unfold.

5) Enjoy the ride.
Have fun!  You may not be rich, famous or be madly in love,
but there is something you can do to make your day just a little
more enjoyable.  What will you do today?
- take a short walk at lunch
- make a gift for a friend
- eat mindfully
- tell someone you love them
- take 5 minutes to stretch
