To maintain proper therapy, it is advised that you replace your mask, headgear, tubing, and filters periodically. It is a good idea to regularly inspect your mask and tubing for any holes, cracks or tears. If you find that your mask is not sealing as well as it used to, you might need to replace the cushion or pillows. Most insurance plans will allow you to replace supplies on the following schedule:
Once a month: Mask pillows or cushions, disposable filters
Every 3 months: CPAP tubing in 6, 8, or 10ft.
Every 6 months: Complete mask, reusable foam filters
