The seasonal rhythm of family food production and preservation has nearly disappeared, but the memory of those delicious food of the past still lingers. The Sandy Butler Group is proud to introduce its new line of handmade and packaged preserves and pickles.
Raspberry Preserves: Our Raspberry Preserves are made from raspberries that are picked during the height of their growing season. They make a nice addition to your toast or PB&J sandwich, but also make a great bagel spread. Combine the preserves with softened cream cheese to create the ultimate bagel schmear! (contains seeds)
Blackberry Preserves: Our blackberry preserves are full of whole blackberries and not too sweet. These blackberries were picked during the height of their growing season - ensuring that they are fresh and sweet. Enjoy!
Blueberry Preserves: We get out blueberries from a farmer located just about two miles from us, so our Blueberry Presersves are fresh! These preserves are full of whole blueberries. Tasty on toast or biscuits, but also wonderful when mixed in with your favorite pancake or waffle mix. Yum!
Garlic Pepper Jelly: Our Garlic Pepper Jelly has become one of our most popular products. There is so much that you can do with it... over cream cheese it is an instant appetizer, or kick it up a notch and spread it on your favorite bread with your next turkey or grilled chicken sandwich, or even use as a glaze with pork or duck. The possibilities are endless!
Ginger Pear Preserves: Ginger and pears are such a delicious combination. Our Ginger Pear Preserve is both elegant and versatile. A nice addition to your breakfast toast or wonderful as a quick hors d'oeuvre when poured over brie. For the ultimate bagel schmear, combine our Ginger Pear Preserves with softened cream cheese and spread, spread, spread!
Peach Mint Preserves: Our Peach Mint Preserves are wonderful when served with lamb. They also make for a delicious, easy appetizer when poured over goat cheese and spread on water crackers. The perfect combination of peaches and mint.
Peach Preserves: South Carolina, on average, harvests about 200 million pounds of peaches a year, so we have plenty of fresh, sweet peaches with which to make our Peach Preserves. Excellent on toast or biscuits, but especially delicious as a topping for ice cream!
Pepper Jelly: Our Pepper Jelly is a classic and has become a staple in many pantries. It is an instant appetizer when poured over cream cheese or spread on a tortilla with Monterey Jack cheese, heat and you've got a great quesadilla!
Sweet Potato Butter: Yes, Sweet Potato Butter! Lather it on toast or biscuits. Add it to your waffle or pancake batter. Sweet Potato Bourbon Cheesecake anyone? (Ask us for the recipe!) Also makes a delicious filling for bite-size tart shells.
Strawberry Preserves: Our Strawberry Preserves are made with strawberries that are picked at the height of the growing season. So during the months of April, May and June, we are making as many jars of Strawberry Preserves as we possibly can!

The New Bergamote Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fernando Pensato simply adds Bergamotes to the granite mill along with the green Peransan olives to create this new citrus-flavored olive oil. 8.5-ounce bottle.

The New Peperoncino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Peperoncino peppers are sun-dried then placed into a canister with the Fernando Pensato extra virgin olive oil for one month. The oil is then skimmed off to create a smooth and spicey EVOO.

The new Fernando Pensato balsamic is made with 100% trebbiano grapes that are hand-harvested. The must is slowly cooked then aged in the traditional way in French oak, juniper, raspberry and cherry wood barrels. some of the barrels used in this process are more than 100-years-old.
