Hello! :: Once again there's lots going on here at The Fuel Depot! The build for the new warehouse is on track, footings and foundations are in place and there's just a little more to do before the warehouse structure can go up. We'll then be able to streamline our packing processes, hold even wider range of products and higher stock levels to make sure we can turn your orders around ASAP. Build should be complete early next month and then it's all systems go!
Competition :: Thanks to everyone who entered our competition to win tickets for the British Superbikes event at Silverstone later this month. Once again we had a great response and plenty of correct answers. We're sure the winners will have a great time at Silverstone with full VIP hospitality courtesy of Castrol.
Offers :: Our bank holiday offer was very popular, to the extent that we ended up with something of a Tsunami of orders. The look on the packing team's face was something of a picture when they saw the packing list pile, but it has meant we weren't able to turn orders around quite as quickly as usual. We always try and beat our 7 day order to delivery turnaround, but at busy times like this it may be up to a week for your order to arrive.
We're not planning another offer like this for a while, but we do have 10% off all car and motorbike cleaning, polishing and detailing products from Bilt Hamber, Castrol, Meguiars through until 15 September 2009.

 British Superbikes Competition

Nathan Freke - Ginetta G50 Cup
 Nathan Freke competing - and winning! - in his Ginetta G50
Opie Oils are proud to be sponsoring Nathan Freke, who is competing in the Ginetta G50 Cup. Nathan had yet another win last weekend and is currently leading the Ginetta G50 Championship! Winner of the British Formula Ford Championsjip in his first full year of car racing and the British Racing Drivers Club Young Driver of the Year in 2006, Nathan has won over 20 motorsport titles in his career.
The Ginetta G50 cup is widely recognised as one of the most closely competed one-make racing series, where the skill of the driver is paramount. Nathan clearly has what it takes!

 "And Finally"...
Sponsored car of the month is Roy Ashby's Toyota monster MR2 Turbo - surely one of the most powerful MR2s around!
 The photo above was taken at Santa Pod when Roy perhaps got a little too much power down and got a rather significant distance between the wheels and the tarmac... no harm done, though, and Roy did return to earth.
