We've

Oil Prices - and our
commitment to offering you the best prices
Whilst
crude oil prices have plummeted in the last 6 months, sadly, the prices of
highly refined lubricants such as engine oils don't follow suit.
The weakness
of the £ against the Euro and US $ has meant that most of the lubricant
suppliers have revised their prices upwards several times within the last year.
We've not always passed on these price increases, but we have recently had to
amend some prices (yes - alas - upwards).
As always,
we remain competitive on price, but if you see that the price of your favourite
oil has gone up, it's not because we're increasing our profit, it's because the
prices we pay have risen!
But if you
find the same product cheaper - in stock and including VAT - elsewhere on the
Internet, let us know the address of the page where you saw it (sales@opieoils.co.uk will do the trick)
and we'll do all we can to beat it. Products must be current stock, auction web
sites are excluded, and if you have a members account, don't forget to
log in on the Opie Oils web site so that you see the reduced members pricing as
you shop, so that you know what you're comparing to!
New Renault specific oil
German
manufacturer Fuchs has added to its range of manufacturer specific oils, with Fuchs
Titan GT1 Pro C4 for Renaults. This synthetic oil boasts "optimum cold starting, lower oil consumption and
minimized exhaust emissions" and meets the ACEA C4 specification / Renault
RN0720 approval. Available from Opie Oils @ £41.99 for 4 litres / £37.79 members price = £9.45 a litre.

And Finally...

been the preserve of exotic Italian supercars a few years ago - but with a
