NEW ALL SCHOOL PHOTO (March 6th)

Our all school photo will be taken next week on Tuesday (rain date 3/14). Note that even if it is a rainy day, we often have breaks in the rain, and will try to squeeze it in if possible.
Dress Code:
- Navy or white solid color tops/dresses/sweaters; any uniform bottoms. For pre-school - if possible please have your child dressed in one of those solid colored shirts.
- Note: we will have extra shirts on hand for all ages, in case someone forgets.
Revised Information for Pre-school (PLEASE READ!):
- The pre-school classes will attend chapel as usual that day. Then all the children will proceed to the parking lot for the picture.
- If you are a MWF preschool parent, we hope that you will be able to join us for this special photo opportunity! Please plan on attending 11:00 chapel with your child, so they can be seated with their class. Then you will join the class on the walk down to the parking lot. This extra time for your child with their class and their teacher will give them the opportunity to assimilate with the group, versus joining at the last minute. Please let your teacher know if you plan on attending. Thank you!

35th ANNIVERSARY ART CONTEST
Calling All Artists!
Due March 7th | |
To celebrate our Anniversary, we want to showcase our student artists. This is an optional project. Please say a few things about why you are thankful for GSLS and draw a picture that reflects GSLS in some way. All art will be displayed at the Anniversary Dinner.
We hope to have as many people as possible participate. It will really help to make it a special evening ~ surrounded by so much wonderful art!
See link below for information and template. This will also be in the Friday Folders (3/2). There will be a collection box outside the school office.

GSLS 35th ANNIVERSARY POTLUCK DINNER

Margaret Todd Senior Center (1560 Hill Road) 6:00 to 8:30 Reserve Early (space is limited) We are having an old-fashioned potluck to celebrate our anniversary.
