The Toshiba America Foundation promotes quality science and mathematics education in K-12 schools.  The Grants Program for K-5 Science and Math Education provides grants of up to $1,000 to teachers in public AND private schools in order to improve the teacher's science and math teaching units.  The application deadline is October 1.  For more information on this program, along with the Grades 6-12 grants (an August 1 deadline), visit

7th and 8th Grade TDap Booster-Mandatory 

It is now a state law that all entering 7th through 12th graders receive a DTap booster immunization.   Please bring in a Doctors note stating that the shot was given if you have not already done so.

Hello Good Shepherd Lutheran Parents;

 Please visit our website at www.goodearthorganiclunches.com signups start on Monday July 25^th, 2011.  The price of each lunch is $4.95.  You may still pay by check (we really appreciate that option as it saves us Credit Card processing fees) and also by credit card.

*When signing up multiple children, please put only ONE CHILD per order form. When you are fully finished with order and you have a confirmation, you may sign up additional children the same way.

The Fall 2011 Organic Hot Lunch session will begin on: Monday August 29^th and end on Dec. 2^nd 2011.   

Dec. 5^th ends on March 16^th 2012.  

March 19^th ends on  June 13^th 2012. 

We have a total of 3 sign up periods.

Volunteer Hours at GS Middle School

 Volunteers needed to assist in serving lunches to the MS students!

Who: One adult each school day

Where: MS campus, 710 Wilson Ave.
