Visitor Badges
Please remember all parents and visitors need to come to the office for a visitors badge and to sign in prior to being on the Good Shepherd Campus. This is for the safety of the children.  We need to know who is on campus at all times.  Thank you for your cooperation.
EASTER CHAPEL

A very special congratulations to all the children for their outstanding singing at our Easter Chapels and a huge thank you to Mrs. Simon for her leadership and direction.  Read what one parent wrote:

"The kids were truly amazing!  I had a smile on my face the whole time... I enjoyed every second of it!  Wow!  Kudos to you all including Mrs. Simon!   :)  My husband said as we left the school... "That is a great school... I'm so happy our child is there"... I almost cried... We both are so blessed to have our precious angel watched over by an incredible group of people/teachers... We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!"

PRESIDENTIAL FITNESS CHALLENGE - 2011 (GRADES 1-5)

Parents and Students,

The annual Presidential Fitness Challenge is coming the Week of May 16.  On Friday April 29, your child will have brought home a letter with important information about the Presidential Fitness events this year.  We hope you will read the letter with your child and review the schedule for the various events and other pertinent information.

PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY:   "MAKE-UPS" - If your child needs to "make up" any of the events it must be done during the Week of May 16-20.  There are no exceptions, so please review the dates and times of your child's events and plan accordingly.  Thank you.

The Presidential Fitness Challenge is not a competition between children and there are no "winners." It IS an opportunity for your child to build self-esteem and establish personal goals for physical fitness.  Parents are welcome to observe and we need "pace runners" for the "big run", Friday May 20, at the Hill Middle School track.  (Please contact us if you can help.)  We're looking forward to another great year helping your child incorporate healthy physical activity into their lives.  Thank you for your support!
