Winter Wine Pairing Dinner Feb. 5

Come enjoy a five course meal crafted to complement an array of fine wines. A representative will be speaking about each wine to educate us all about its unique characteristics.
These are the wines that will be featured:
- Sausal Vineyard, Zinfandel from 100 year old vines
- Baselco De Baquedcano Winery, Malbec from Argentina
- DeLoach Vineyard, 2007 Van der Kamp Pinot Noir
- Kenwood, 2006 Jack London Cabernet Sauvignon
- The fifth wine is TBD. I have some in the works and will update you soon.
Plus, the chef, Noe Martinez, will explain why he crafted each dish to complement the wine. It will be a wonderful evening.
Would you like to join us? Or, sponsor a teacher to attend? Please fill out the RSVP Form and return to the GSLS office by January 24th. After January 24th, tickets will increase to $110 each.
The GSLC Youth Group will be offering babysitting for children two years of age and older. Your children will enjoy crafts, games and dinner. A donation for the Youth Group would be greatly appreciated. Please complete the Babysitting RSVP Form and return to the GSLS office by February 3rd.
