Cocktail of the Month
Classic Martini
dash Dry Vermouth
1 3/4 ounces Citadelle Reserve Gin
ice
Lemon Peel
Pour the Vermouth and the Citadelle Reserve Gin into a metal shaker with ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker frosts
Strain into a cocktail glass
Squeeze the lemon peel to release some oil
Add a a few strands of lemon peel to the cocktail.
