Happy New Year!  We are thrilled you will be starting 2012 by learning some Wine Knowledge!

A couple of  things to make your learning experience a good one.....
- Please arrive a few minutes before 7 pm so we can get the class started promptly on time.
-Make sure you eat a meal before coming to class. We serve some bread as palate cleansers between the wines, but no other food is served at this class.
-Don't brush your teeth before coming! Better to have garlic breath than minty breath for wine tasting! 
- Please don't chew gum before coming either.  It interferes with your ability to fully appreciate the tastes in the wines.
-Limit the use of perfumes/aftershaves.  This also interferes with the smells and tastes of the wines.  

-We will be tasting 7 wines during the evening.  Serving size is approx. 2 ounces per wine.   

We encourage everyone to have a safe ride home.                                    Do not drink and drive.
