John's Private Cask - from Forty Creek Distillery -
A blend of rye, corn & barley whiskies, which have all been copper pot distilled and aged as single grain whiskies. You will taste the characteristic complexity and smoothness in the whisky. The difference, however, is the barrels selected and the proportion of each variety grain that is included in the final meritage.
Bruichladdich Octomore Whisky
Not only is it the world's most heavily peated whisky, at 140 ppm, this astonishingly complex whisky has been finished (or ACEd (Additional Cask Enhancement) in barrels from Ch�teau P�trus, one of the world's top Bordeaux vineyards.
It tastes quite sweet, a dichotomy of grapey sweetness and peat and berry fruits. Very young. Not as peaty as expected, but quite spicy.
Fragoli Strawberry Liqueur
Electric strawberry pink with visible pieces of wild strawberry; the nose offers aromas of candied fruit and strawberry sundae; the palate offers a slight carbonation with a naturally sweet vanilla and strawberry character. Try it in Prosecco or on ice cream!
