TONIGHT: Orgasmic Birth to be featured on ABC's 20/20
 
"Orgasmic Birth" will be a featured segment on ABC's "20/20" tonight (Friday, Jan. 2) at 10:00 pm Eastern.  Filmmaker and former CIMS Leadership Team member Debra Pascali-Bonaro presents the ultimate challenge to our cultural myths by inviting viewers to see the emotional, spiritual, and physical heights attainable through unmedicated normal birth.  In this revolutionary documentary, physiologic childbirth is revealed as an integral part of women's sexuality and a neglected human right.  Learn more about the segment on the ABC News Web site. 
 
 
Attention The Birth Survey Ambassadors: Register today for 2009 Webinars
 
Registration for the upcoming The Birth Survey Ambassador Trainings is now open.  These free, online Webinars are available to all existing and new The Birth Survey Ambassadors. The Webinars are intended for volunteers who are interested in helping to collect facility intervention rates or in spreading the word about this innovative new program in their communities.
 
For those interested in promoting The Birth Survey locally and/or regionally, a standalone Marketing Training will provide a complete review of tried-and-true strategies for spreading the word in local communities.  Please note that the GACSTAT Training, for those interested in helping to collect facility-level intervention data, is a two-part session -- you must register separately for each part.  Please visit The Birth Survey Web site for more information.
