With a constant barrage of negative media regarding the US recession, the stock markets, the US Government Bailout package and on and on, it is easy to caught up in the "negativites" that is permeating your clients.  Now is the time to remain positive however, and show your clients and potential clients that the market is still moving.  We can help you with this!
 
Mortgages are indeed available, and a client with good credit, a good job and a downpayment will have no problem getting one.  The people on the fringe who may have an issue or two are also likely able to get a mortgage, although we are having to work harder to get them approved.  Those that don't fit in currently can be given a plan that we can work with them to get them into a position where they can buy.  Regardless of the client's situation we treat them all with respect, and make you look good.

Companies can and do prosper during times of economic turmoil. Take a lesson from brands whose Depression-era advertising strategies were key to their survival.
With the recent meltdown on Wall Street and talk of a possible depression, I thought it would be instructive to do a bit of research on what happened with regard to advertising during the Great Depression. I have heard anecdotes over the years of great companies founded during recessions. What do GE, Disney, HP and Microsoft have in common? They were all startups during steep declines in the U.S. economy. GE started during the panic of 1873, Disney started during the recession of 1923-24, HP began during the Great Depression, and Bill Gates and Paul Allen founded Microsoft during the recession of 1975.

Why the right lending partner is so important now...
