what a year 2011 was! the holidays were a total blast here, and we enjoyed helping you all look, feel and be your best. as we rang in the new year, we thanked our lucky stars for being able to share another great year with you all. this year will be full of change and growth for us, and we are so grateful for your loyalty and support.
this month, we have brought back our valentine's day packages! we love to help you share the love during the month of february, and what better way to do so than one of our spa packages? as an added incentive, we have listened to your feedback and enhanced the feel of our spa by converting one of our treatment rooms into a relaxation waiting room. away from the busy salon floor, this relaxation room allows some pre- and post-service tranquility. we are constantly looking for ways to add value to your services, and we are thrilled that the relaxation room has been such a great success so far.
lastly, we are very pleased to announce two things: first, congratulations to candace for winning our referral contest! not only did her referrals earn her close to $50 in points, she won a full spa day and lunch on us! thank you, candace, for your loyalty to us and for sending some friends our way. secondly, we are so excited to welcome annie to our hair team! she is starting with cuts this month at our new talent level, and will be adding color services sometime soon.
