Québec & the Maritime Provinces (Part 1) offers a delightful medley of walks, including the capitals of all four provinces: Québec City, Fredericton, Charlottetown, and Halifax. In addition, the Old World delights of Québec City, the pastoral charms of Prince Edward Island, the postcard-perfect maritime scenes of Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick's Bay of Fundy tidal surprises beckon travelers to wander through the landscapes of Maritimes Canada.
Part 2 of this Adventure, Heritage of Newfoundland, is truly a unique land distinct in many ways from its sister provinces. Newfoundland is Canada's newest and easternmost province. The spirit of independence and commitment to the unique island culture that kept them separate from neighboring Canadian provinces until the 1940's is still evident today! The "Newfie" warmth, hospitality, and sense of humor makes Newfoundland a truly special corner of North America. Newfoundland is often the overlooked segment of this tour - but if you check with your WAI Adventure guides, you'll find that the 7 days spent on this Eastern province form their favorite part of the trip!
How do I lock in my place on this Adventure?
If you are among the travelers who submitted an Early Bird deposit, your spot on the list is secure until December 14. Travelers who have submitted Early Bird deposits will be accepted in the order in which they submitted their deposit. After December 14, we will begin filling any open spots that have become available.
