Why was CTE Foresight created?

Combined Hank Rainwater (CTO, Celtic Testing Experts) and Noel Kierans (President, Celtic Testing Experts) have 56+ years of experience in IT.  Playing roles from programmer, tester, and all the way up to C-level positions.  During this time they've noticed a common theme, all companies (big and small) struggle with reporting and metrics tracking on testing projects/efforts and estimating.  The normal process usually involves a resource spending the majority of their time gathering, interpreting, and presenting testing data to their bosses.  This process is resource dependant (increases risk of errors and misrepresentation) and time consuming.  By the time the reporting has channeled up to the C-level it's usually at least day's old and therefore old news.  Noel and Hank created Foresight to bridge the gap between the project management and testing worlds.  With CTE Foresight you get 40+ REAL-TIME testing metrics that are based on REAL-DATA.  This data is meaningful and actionable, which allows the users to maximize the efficiencies of their PEOPLE, PROCESSES, and TOOLS!!
