Greetings:
I am pleased to bring you very positive information about our 2011 renewal status. Many of our members from 2010 have elected to remain members of the REALTOR® organization for the upcoming year. This means that we are below our budgeted attrition rate and, in addition, we have reported fiscal surpluses for 2010 that will carry over to our reserve account. In short, your Board is in a very healthy financial position.
As your President, I give and receive feedback from our members about our Board services. What do I get for my dues? is a common and legitimate question. I am pleased to highlight a few of the important services we offer you:
