Greetings:
I am pleased to bring you very positive information about our 2011 renewal status. Many of our members from 2010 have elected to remain members of the REALTOR® organization for the upcoming year. This means that we are below our budgeted attrition rate and, in addition, we have reported fiscal surpluses for 2010 that will carry over to our reserve account. In short, your Board is in a very healthy financial position.

"Don't Play With Fire: Understanding the New Fire Code"
$40 for members/$65 for non-members This course is designed to educate our members on the many issues involved in making sure that your client/customer has a potential home that is fire-safe. The instructor will introduce topics related to: how to notice issues on fire safety; how to correct an unsafe situation; how to point out to your client/customer the need for fire safety when purchasing or selling a home.
