President's Message,
Brought to you by Bruce D. Lane, SRES

Bruce Lane
Greetings:

The Holidays are around the corner and with that in mind, I would like to extend the greetings of the Greater Providence Board of REALTORS® and offer you our thanks for your membership and participation in our Board.  Our continued success is based on the collaboration of real estate professionals who are dedicated to promote high standards of ethical practice, engage in promoting programs that best serve our knowledge and growth as real estate experts and protect and preserve private property rights. We should all be very proud of what we do together in a competitive yet cooperative spirit.

This organization collectively represents the business and professional interests of over 1500 individual REALTORS® across many cities and towns in Rhode Island. The dynamic of our membership is powerful and I am honored to represent you for 2011.  For this coming year, I have one request of you - get involved with the Board. Volunteer for a committee, attend an event, give to RPAC, join us for an educational course or simply take the time to read all of our important correspondence. If we all take on just one initiative to strengthen our relationship with the Board, our small action will have a dramatic impact.

Take pride in the fact that you belong to a professional organization that protects your business, promotes the REALTOR® image in the community and highlights the success and commitment of our members!

Our Holiday Party will take place on December 2, 2010 at 1149 East Restaurant located at 965 Fall River Avenue in Seekonk. The evening will offer you the opportunity to network and celebrate the holiday season with your affiliates, colleagues and friends. Please make your reservations with the Board Office at (401) 274-8383 by November 29, 2010.

I look forward to seeing you there!

Regards,

Bruce Lane, SRES
