Search for and list available property- Our new website has an available space listing for those who are looking to obtain commercial property downtown.  If you have property available and want to list it on our website complete the form at the bottom of the available property page.

Post Events on the Calendar- Having a big sale?  special event? performance? Submit your event to our calendar. Our calendar has become the go to site for the community and the media looking for information on what is going on downtown.  Don't be left out!  You can post your event by filling out this simple form.

We are pleased to announce the 6th annual Outdoor Market.  Based on the success of previous years the market has extended from eight to ten weeks.  The market, located along Broad Street and in West Market Square, will be held Thursdays June 9th-August 11th from 5:00 PM- 8:00 PM.  It will be held in conjunction with the Cool Sounds free concert series from 6:00 PM- 7:30 PM on the same dates.

Downtown businesses, particularly food vendors, are invited to sign up for the market.  It is a great opportunity to capture the attention of hundreds each week.  Typical market shoppers include downtown employees and residents, people from surrounding communities and tourists.

Vendors may sign up for 5 weeks, 10 weeks or a single day option.  Application, fee information and vendor guidelines are available for download below.  Spaces are assigned on a first come first served basis and the early application fee deadline is April 30th.

In 2010 over 6,000 people attended the Outdoor Market and Cool Sounds Concerts don't miss out on your chance to reach this market with your product!

Visit our website to download the application and vendor guidelines today.
