Sutter Street Theatre Announces Their Summer Workshops in Visual and Performing Arts
Acting, Dance, Vocal & Improvisation Workshop
Session #1 June 7-11 for ages 10-16 from 9:30am - 12:30pm Session #2 June 14-18 for ages 7-10 from 10:00am - 12:00pm
Session #3 June 21-25 for ages 8-14 from 9:30am - 12:30pm
Students will learn and experience performance techniques that will culminate in an onstage performance Showcase for family and friends on the Saturday following each workshop at 10:00am and 4:00pm.
Tuition: $175 if paid by May 1, $200 if paid two weeks prior to workshop start date, $225 if paid the first day of Workshop. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a spot and will be applied toward the above fees.

Musical Theatre Production Master Workshop
Weekdays July 12-23 for ages 8-18 from 9:30am - 3:30pm
Students will experience all aspects of performing in a musical production including Acting, Singing, Dancing, Set Design & Construction, Costuming and Make Up. The Workshop will culminate in performances in the Sutter Street Theatre on Saturdays and Sundays at 1:00pm from July 24 - August 22.
Tuition: $250 if paid by June 1, $300 if paid two weeks prior, $325 if paid the first day of the workshop. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a spot and will be applied toward the above fees.

Young People's Arts Experience
July 19-23 for ages 5-10 from 9:00am - 12:00pm
Students will work on dance movement, short skits, oil painting, drawing and tie-dye.

No previous experience is required. A showcase performance and exhibit will take place the Saturday following the workshop.

Visual Arts Experience
Session #1 July 19-23 for 10 to adult from 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Session #2 August 9-13 for 10 to adult from 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Medium: Drawing (pencil & charcoal), oil painting
Subject: Still Life, Landscape, Portraiture
This workshop is open to all levels of experience from beginning to advanced.

A Student Exhibit and Reception will take place on August 21 for all sessions.
